Placing Orders Simply add as many items as you like to your cart while you browse our store. When you want to checkout, go to your cart and click "Proceed to Checkout". Follow the instructions in providing us with delivery information and select a payment method for the goods - we will dispatch your parcel within 2-3 working days.

Returns and Refunds Your 100% satisfaction is important to us.
If a product is damaged, we offer a 100% refund if photos can be provided.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, you have 15 days to contact us so that we can begin the return process on your end.
For returns, please use the Contact Us page with the subject line 'Returns' and include your order number, name and reason for return.
The seller will provide the customer with instructions on where to send the returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to retain proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost package" situations.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email, informing them of the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, it will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly thereafter.
