How can I get my refund?

Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account. Once your refund has been processed on our end, an email confirmation will be sent to you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Upon payment confirmation, your item will be processed for shipping within 2-3 business days. A tracking code will be sent to the email you registered with. Average delivery time to North America is 2-7 business days. For international shipments, allow a delivery time of 12 to 21 business days.

Where is my order confirmation email?

First, we suggest you check your spam or junk folder to see if the email is there. Sometimes an entry error can cause a problem, and our system was unable to send the confirmation to this address. If you are still unable to confirm your order details, please use our contact form and include, in additional comments, the email address used to place the order and the customer's first and last name contained in the file.

Where do you ship your items from?

We are a company based in Canada, in Quebec. This is why shipping is faster in North America than in Europe and Asia.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help you with any changes before your order ships. Please note that our warehouse processes orders in less than 2 days. Although we try to respond to every request, we may not see your message in time. Once an order is shipped, we cannot cancel it or make changes.
