Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. All international packages are shipped by DHL Express. Items shipped outside of the Netherlands may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order, and will not be covered or refunded by SUNNY SUP.
Shipping time is 2-7 business days from order confirmation. Shipping status can be checked at any time using the tracking number provided via email.

SUNNY SUP has a 14-day return policy. You can return or exchange the product(s) 14 days from the delivery of your order, by sending it back to our return center.
The product(s) must be unused and sent in its original condition (packaging, card, etc.). The initial shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Please note that return labels are not covered by SUNNY SUP and will be at their expense - the price depends on the carrier service and its location.
